Bio:The Academy Is... is from Chicago with their bassist fresh out of high school when the band first started. The band was signed to the Fueled By Ramen label when they released their first album Almost Here did well amoung the alternative music scene. Their next album Santi was much more raw and showed a different sound. The band's third album, Fast Times At Barrington High gives us all a look on the days of high school. All of the trails of those years and a new sound can be found in this one CD.
